Return Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Partial Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are generally non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the returned item.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Depending on your location, the time required for a replacement or exchanged item to arrive may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the condition of the returned item and processing requirements.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

If a package is returned by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
