Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
Guests have the option of placing an order without having to create an account on our ecommerce site. However, it is encouraged that you do so as this will allow you to observe the updated state of your order, previous purchases, and updates regarding current promotions or sales.
I have forgotten my password for my account. What should I do?
Go to your login page, then click “Log in,” where you will see an option for “Forgot your password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address, and you will receive an email to reset your password.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Most of our orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive via email a tracking number for your order. In case of any delays/back-orders on orders, you will be notified via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Where do I add the coupon code?
Upon Checkout, on your order summary, you will see a text with ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’
