Exchange Policy

At Herbs Collection, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Eligible Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective upon arrival
• Incorrectly shipped

Exchanges are limited to the same product originally purchased, subject to product availability.

Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item when applicable

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and any necessary shipping information.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.

For all other approved exchange requests, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the exchange is the result of our error.

Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Exchange processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping carrier delivery schedules.

Shipping Insurance and Tracking

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning products.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Product Availability

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss alternative solutions, including store credit or a refund when applicable.
